Patient is a 54 year old male with symptomatic right lower extremity varicose veins. They have been present for over 15 years and have progressively worsened with increasing symptoms.

Has been using ECS 20-30mmHg for last 5 years. Now comes in seeking possible treatment. PMH – Provoked left LE tibial DVT after trauma. Treated with Coumadin for 6 months. No symptoms in the left leg.
