  • All VS attendees are welcome to attend the Aesthetic Vein course taking place on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, during VS. The fee to attend only the Aesthetic Vein course is $400. To add

Venous Symposium has been monitoring the situation with COVID-19 (the coronavirus) and its impact upon travel and meetings. Our top priority, at VS is the health and safety of our participants. Given the rapidly changing circumstances and unknown nature of this virus we have decided to postpone VS 2020 until July 30-August 1, 2020.

 

Registered attendees have 3 options available to them:

– All registrations will automatically be transferred to the new July dates.

-Registered attendees may choose to apply their current registration to Venous Symposium 2021 which will take place on April 15 – 17 at the Sheraton New York Times Square.

-If you wish to receive a refund please send a written request to registration@ccmcme.com before April 20, 2020. Please allow 30 days for the refund to be processed.

 

All hotel reservations made under the Venous Symposium room block at the Sheraton New York Times Square will be automatically cancelled. If you booked outside of the Venous Symposium room block, please contact the hotel directly to make your cancellation.

 

We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. We hope that you can join us in July 2020.

Registration Confirmation

Once your online registration is complete, you will receive an on-screen registration confirmation. You will also receive an automated email confirmation. Please check your spam folder to ensure that your confirmation is received.

Paying by Check

VS’s online registration system requires payment by credit card. If you prefer to pay with a check, please download and complete the VS Registration Form and send it along with the check to the address listed on the form.

Fellows and Residents Scholarship

Fellows and residents are required to submit a completed application and letter from their program director, on institutional letterhead, that confirms their active fellowship or resident status. The completed application and letter should be submitted via email to mlescanofeher@ccmcme.com

Letter of Invitation for Visa Purposes

The Venous Symposium is proud to welcome international participants for this educational activity. Recognizing that travel visas may be necessary and the process time consuming, please be sure to allow enough time for the process. Click here for detailed information.

 

A letter of invitation for participation may be provided, upon request, as part of the Visa process. This invitation represents no intent by Venous Symposium to provide financial support, nor does it serve as guarantee in any respect to the visa application process. Letters of invitation will be sent only to registered attendees. To request an invitation letter, please contact Complete Conference Management at registration@CCMCME.com.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests received in writing on or before February 14 2020, will be refunded, less a $75 administrative fee. Requests received after February 14 2020, will not be refunded.

This educational activity provides training necessary for licensed attendees to maintain state licensing requirements. The tuition for this educational activity is subsidized in part by unrestricted educational grants, including for those attendees who have successfully completed the state licensing requirements for their respective fields.
